About This Role
- Owns end-to-end business data requirements gathering, planning, and management for reporting and analytic projects.
- Performs data analysis and profiling using SQL and incorporates generative AI concepts (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering) to support data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics workflows.
- Collaborates with teams and stakeholders to design data strategies and integrate emerging AI techniques and technologies into scalable business solutions within an Agile framework.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in business or data analysis involving data warehouses or reporting/analytic projects.
- 3 to 5 years proficiency with SQL or industry-standard querying tools.
- Experience working in Agile team environments and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Experienced in leveraging generative AI insights, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), for business analysis.
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and aligning data strategies with organizational priorities in a fast-paced, Agile setting.
- Has a track record of developing advanced analytical workflows incorporating agentic AI concepts and emerging database technologies to enable innovative, scalable solutions.
