About This Role
- Lead day-to-day shift operations at the Panvel air or surface hub, managing inbound, outbound and transit shipment movement to ensure network connectivity and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate and optimise shipment processing, fleet movements, manpower deployment, dock utilisation, and operational resources to maximise hub productivity and service reliability.
- Drive operational excellence, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, handle operational exceptions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the hub.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory; additional degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Transportation Management is advantageous.
- Experience required in managing inbound, outbound and transit operations within an air or surface logistics network, including fleet coordination and operational planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading frontline operational teams in high-volume, time-sensitive logistics environments.
- Location requirement: Panvel; Travel required up to 75%.

- Strong operational leadership capabilities with experience in mid-mile logistics hub operations, especially in air or surface transport network environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet tight schedules and operational KPIs like on-time departures, shipment accuracy, and network connectivity.
- Experienced in managing manpower, fleet resources, and operational workflows under pressure, with skills in performance analytics, problem-solving, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
