About This Role
- Serve as the primary regional liaison between Blue Dart and Shiprocket to coordinate operations and ensure shipment prioritization.
- Monitor daily shipment performance against key metrics, manage escalations, and drive timely resolution to maintain service standards.
- Provide operational visibility, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, and support enterprise growth through process compliance and performance improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, courier, express distribution, customer operations, or supply chain operations; customer-facing operational experience preferred.
- Proficiency in shipment tracking, escalation management, MIS reporting, and data analysis using MS Excel.
- Location flexibility across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata with up to 75% travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer escalation handling and service performance monitoring within logistics or courier sectors.
- Strong coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders including operational, commercial, and key account teams.
- Comfortable working in a high-travel role with accountability for operational discipline, process compliance, and service quality metrics.
