About This Role
- Prepare and execute daily purchase order (PO) dispatch plans aligned with business needs.
- Track and monitor in-transit status of dispatched POs until successful delivery, coordinating with transporters, logistics partners, and warehouses.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and resolve discrepancies related to dispatch, transit, delivery, and warehouse receipts.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 1-3 years in dispatch, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or order management preferred (not strictly mandatory).
- Proficient in dispatch and logistics operations with ability to manage multiple POs and track shipments.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS and inventory or warehouse processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills essential.

- Candidate with hands-on experience managing end-to-end dispatch and logistics activities in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented professional comfortable working with data (Excel/MIS) and ensuring process accuracy within strict timelines.
