About This Role
- Own and define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics for multi-project Salesforce initiatives aligned to enterprise goals.
- Govern delivery across multiple Salesforce projects, managing dependencies, risks, budgets, and ensuring consistent execution standards.
- Coordinate between business teams, IT, vendors, and system integrators while serving as primary escalation point for program-level issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in program or project management with significant ownership of enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies in a matrixed organization.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including releases, integrations, and managed services.
- Experience managing system integrators and third-party vendors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale Salesforce programs spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, and integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Skilled in program governance including executive steering committees, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Comfortable working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and driving alignment across business, IT, and delivery teams.
