About This Role
- Lead and manage sales and operations activities specifically for tour packages.
- Handle price estimation for customized tours and procurement of hotel and vehicle deals.
- Lead small teams focused on sales and operations performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tour package sales.
- BBA or MBA degree in Tourism.
- Proficiency in English and one of Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer skills.

- Proven experience in both international and domestic tour sales environments.
- Skilled at managing and leading small teams in sales and operations.
- Comfortable working in regions requiring communication in English and local languages such as Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
