About This Role
- Coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regional requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison among candidates, hiring managers, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, Procurement, and Compliance to deliver operationally ready onboarding experiences.
- Monitor onboarding workflows, documentation, access gating controls, and compliance training to maintain audit readiness and reduce delays or exceptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding operations, HR operations, or workforce administration.
- Experience coordinating onboarding for employees and/or contingent workers; regulated/compliance environment experience preferred.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant HR operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing high-volume onboarding processes with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiar with HRIS and onboarding technologies like Fieldglass and Oracle, indicating comfort with relevant systems.
- Able to operate effectively in compliance-driven, cross-functional environments requiring precise communication and audit focus.
