About This Role
- Own end-to-end operational performance of the Surface Hub across all shifts, ensuring timely and accurate inbound, sorting, processing, staging, and outbound operations.

- Hands-on experience managing medium-to-large operational teams across multiple shifts with knowledge of network cut-offs, hub throughput, and vehicle turnaround.
