About This Role
- Support day-to-day shipment processing and movement across centers, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Perform operational activities including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading, and data entry.
- Assist Shift In-charges in achieving operational targets, shipment reconciliation, and maintaining operational discipline and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th Standard pass; higher education is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: Fresher up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar.
- Physically fit to perform standing, walking, lifting, and shipment handling throughout shifts.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or aptitude for operational roles in logistics or related environments with focus on shipment accuracy and safety compliance.
- Ability to use basic computer systems and handheld scanners for operational data entry and shipment verification.
- Disciplined, punctual, and able to maintain workplace standards in appearance and conduct while supporting team operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
