About This Role
- Own routine transactional accounting processes including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close support.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records; analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies, support audits, and identify process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

- Experienced in balance sheet reconciliations and financial close processes with strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Comfortable managing large volumes of financial data accurately and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
