About This Role
- Manage end-to-end shift operations across assigned Non Metro Branches and Business Development Offices (BDOs), including shipment processing, pickups, dispatches, and ensuring adherence to service timelines.
- Lead and supervise operational teams, including manpower deployment, operational governance, safety, compliance, and performance monitoring to meet service quality and productivity targets.
- Serve as primary operational contact during shifts, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and escalation of operational risks or service issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end Service Centre operations including shipment processing and pickup/delivery activities.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated frontline operational leadership managing shift-based teams in logistics or courier operations.
- Experience with shipment processing technologies such as handheld scanners and operational reporting systems preferred.
- Ability to enforce operational discipline, safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced operational environment.
