About This Role
- Manage end-to-end mid-mile operations at an assigned Air or Surface Hub, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound, and transit shipments.
- Lead shift operations including shipment processing, fleet coordination, manpower deployment, and operational resources to meet network schedules and productivity targets.

Minimum Requirements

- Experience in leading frontline operational teams in high-volume, time-sensitive logistics environments required.
- Work Experience Required: Managing air or surface mid-mile logistics operations with fleet coordination and operational planning (exact years not specified).
