About This Role
- Support and execute day-to-day shipment operations including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading and unloading.
- Ensure accurate shipment processing and timely movement across operational stages to meet service commitments.
- Maintain operational discipline, safety compliance, and assist shift in-charges in meeting daily targets and peak volume demands.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th Standard pass (higher education advantageous).
- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, lifting, and movement of shipments during shifts.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks in fast-paced logistics or warehouse environments.
- Able to use basic computer and barcode scanner/mobile application technology for shipment processing.
- Demonstrates operational discipline with attention to detail and compliance to SOPs under supervision.
