About This Role
- Execute and oversee daily shipment processing tasks including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, and unloading across multiple operational units.
- Support Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Blue Dart Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain high levels of operational productivity, quality, safety, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and operational discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard pass; higher qualification preferred.
- 3-6 years relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit for manual shipment handling; willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English reading, communication, computer, and handheld scanner/mobile application skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing, scanning, warehousing, and use of warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
- Demonstrates strong operational discipline with focus on process compliance and quality assurance.
- Capable of mentoring junior staff and supporting shift leadership in high-volume, dynamic operational environments.
