About This Role
- Own end-to-end performance, efficiency, and cost optimization of the regional surface transportation network across multiple states and inter-city corridors.
- Lead and manage Regional Network Managers and Fleet Managers, ensuring standardization, throughput, turnaround time, and operational efficiency at hubs and across first, middle, and last mile operations.
- Drive network routing efficiency, cost per shipment control, process re-engineering, and mode shift strategies to balance cost and service reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields: Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Experience required: 10-15 years in transport logistics operations with strong exposure to surface network, linehaul, first mile, last mile, and hub operations; proven multi-location and second-line leadership experience.
- Location: Regional HQ covering multi-state area; travel requirement 25%-75%.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years in relevant domain.
