About This Role
- Accountable for operational performance, throughput, safety, and service quality across regional Surface Hub Operations including inbound/outbound, shipment processing, manpower productivity, and compliance.
- Lead Hub Operations teams to drive standardized execution, damage prevention, safety adherence, continuous improvement, and alignment with regional network priorities.
- Manage hub infrastructure and resources to optimize utilization, manpower deployment, and cost efficiency while collaborating with multiple regional teams for seamless end-to-end logistics operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain preferred); MBA/PG desirable.
- 8-10 years in logistics operations with strong exposure to Surface Hub Operations, distribution centers, warehousing, cross-dock operations, or transportation networks.
- Proven experience managing high-volume operational facilities and large teams across multiple shifts focusing on productivity, safety, and service excellence.
- Location: Panvel; Travel required up to 75%.
