About This Role
- Own and govern end-to-end Surface Hub Operations including inbound, outbound, sorting, loading, unloading, and dispatch to meet throughput and turnaround time targets.
- Lead and manage hub teams to optimize manpower deployment, infrastructure usage, and operational compliance ensuring productivity, safety, and service quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, damage control, cost optimization, and adherence to regional network strategies and customer SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preference for Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain; MBA/PG desirable.
- 8-10 years of experience in logistics operations with exposure to Surface Hub Operations, Distribution Centers, Warehousing, or Transportation Networks.
- Experience managing high-volume operational facilities and large teams across multiple shifts.
- Location: Panvel; Travel requirement up to 75%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with deep operational expertise in managing surface hub or logistics center operations in express logistics, 3PL, or eCommerce domains.
- Strong capability in manpower planning, process optimization, EHS compliance, and operational analytics to drive measurable improvements in throughput and cost efficiency.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional regional teams for governance and execution to maintain seamless network connectivity and meet SLAs.
