About This Role
- Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, and unloading to ensure operational productivity and shipment accuracy.
- Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling exceptions, and maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for operational discipline.
- Maintain operational quality by performing data entry, shipment reconciliation, quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet service and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th Standard pass or higher.
- 3 to 6 years relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations with shipment processing and sorting preferred.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, and manual shipment handling; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application proficiency.

- Experienced operational executor familiar with high-volume shipment processing and handling using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Capable of supporting and coaching junior staff while collaborating with shift in-charges for smooth daily operations.
