About This Role
- Define and architect scalable, production-ready cloud analytics, machine learning, and data science solutions for complex business problems.
- Lead technical architecture decisions to minimize technical debt through robust system design, data models, and platform standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise to troubleshoot critical technical issues and coach Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and AI Product Owners to elevate team capability.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience in Data technologies; 5+ years in architecting and delivering large-scale cloud data analytics and AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or on-prem enterprise platforms.
- 5+ years hands-on with Python, .NET, SQL, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular.
- Expertise or experience with Agentic AI, Gen AI, distributed enterprise computing technologies including OpenShift/Kubernetes, Solace is desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading scalable cloud-based AI/ML and analytics architectures, preferably on GCP or Azure.
- Capable of working cross-functionally and leading technical craftsmanship to reduce technical debt and enforce platform standards.
- Skilled in mentoring and enabling multidisciplinary teams (Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Owners) for enterprise-scale AI solutions.
