About This Role
- Own testing and delivery of power system product components, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
- Design and execute manual test cases including system, integration, and performance tests; document results and report statistics to management.
- Coordinate technically with partners, support Scrum planning, identify risks, and ensure timely issue reporting and resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech.
- 2-5 years of confirmed manual software testing experience including test design techniques.
- Experience with power system solutions like SCADA and applications such as EMS, DMS, OMS.
- Knowledge of communication protocols IEC 104, IEC 101, DNP-3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC UA, ICCP and testing/defect tools like TMS, X-Ray, JIRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in protocol-level and grid SCADA testing within power systems domain, capable of debugging and analytical troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Agile/Lean methodologies, test automation is a plus.
- Ability to perform technical coordination and risk mitigation while meeting tight delivery timelines.
