About This Role
- Own end-to-end AI security research across generative systems, LLM copilots, ML models, data pipelines, and AI governance.
- Develop adversarial tests, exploits, and defensive controls that generalize across enterprise AI environments.
- Build and maintain agent harnesses, evaluation suites, and integrate enterprise systems while consulting on solution architecture and communicating with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in security research, offensive security, ML/AI security, or related discipline.
- Strong Python programming skills for tooling, async services, and automation pipelines.
- Foundational knowledge in application security, threat modeling, and failure modes for autonomous and transformer-based AI systems.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one major AI attack surface: LLM apps, agentic workflows, or ML training/inference pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both offensive red-teaming and defensive engineering in AI security contexts.
- Capable of translating ambiguous client requirements into robust agentic system architectures including prototype to production delivery.
- Skilled in designing rigorous experiments with statistically rigorous metrics, and integrating/operating AI security tooling stacks and enterprise environments.
