About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives and projects within the Gen AI domain.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions including upgrades and deployments.
- Lead teams, resolve technical challenges, and provide guidance while collaborating with peers and mid-level managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience (via work, training, military, education).
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python and JavaScript, plus experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservice architectures, and DevOps tooling like Jenkins and Harness.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building or training ML models and implementing generative AI technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong skills in data science, data processing (Hadoop, Spark), and solving complex ambiguous problems with emerging tech.
- Familiarity with Agile, Test Driven Development, CI/CD, enterprise tools (Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and incident management tools (ServiceNow).
