About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and own solution design, implementation, validation, and troubleshooting for QA systems including platforms like Veeva, SAP, Mendix, and AI automation solutions.
- Lead and coordinate engineers, architects, product owners, and suppliers to resolve complex delivery and operational issues, ensuring compliance with architecture, product strategy, and engineering standards.
- Drive adoption and delivery of AI-enabled automation tools and reusable engineering assets, translating QA AI strategy into operational solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, Data, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical engineering experience in large-scale enterprise or operational technology environments.
- Experience in leading technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical assurance activities for QA or similar product/platform environments.
- Experience leading AI or generative AI solutions from design through testing, release, and operational support; familiarity with cloud, validation, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.

- Experienced technical leader with proven ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers through complex system delivery and stabilization.
- Strong background in integrating AI and automation technologies with enterprise platforms, including design of AI evaluation strategies and risk-based testing.
- Skilled in technical risk assessment and ensuring solutions meet compliance, security, and data integrity standards in regulated environments.
