About This Role
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of LabWare LES solutions for global QC laboratories, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable digital test execution.
- Own technical quality including specifications, design documentation, and validation evidence, and provide technical oversight to engineers and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and modernization of LES including system integration, troubleshooting, and BAU support under regulated GxP environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years hands-on experience with LabWare LES (preferably LabWare LIMS v8) including configuration and scripting in QC lab systems.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering and supporting QC lab systems in GxP/regulated environments with knowledge of CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and data integrity principles.
- Experience with LES workflow design, instrument/system integration, incident/change management, automation, and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to translate product architecture into detailed technical designs for regulated lab execution systems.
- Experience working on multi-site/global QC system deployments with strong capabilities in automation, DevOps, and emerging AI-assisted development methods.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams including QC users, validation, architecture, product management, and vendors in a regulated digital environment.
