About This Role
- Manage and enhance Azure DevOps pipelines for IAM solutions, including reusable YAML templates, CI/CD, artifact management, automated testing, security gates, deployment approvals, release traceability, and rollback controls.
- Engineer scalable IAM lifecycle capabilities (joiner, mover, leaver, rehire, contractor, non-human identity) across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS systems integrating HR and identity data sources with directories and governance platforms.
- Develop and support secure IAM applications and APIs using Next.js, Express.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and .NET ensuring secure, maintainable, and scalable lifecycle controls and microfrontend experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and operating Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with reusable YAML templates, artifact management, automated testing, security controls, and deployment approvals.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management including lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver, etc.) and integration with HR systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, SaaS, and custom applications.
- Strong development experience with Next.js, Express.js, NestJS, .NET and ASP.NET Web APIs for secure UI and API delivery in IAM contexts. Work Experience Required: Not explicitly mentioned in the JD.
