About This Role
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for large, diverse global workforce ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Own monthly payroll cycles including planning, vendor coordination, reporting, reconciliations, and risk management to minimize escalations and uphold audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in payroll processes leveraging data and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to modernize payroll operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 5 to 8 years of HR generalist and payroll experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of insurance and taxation schemes relevant to payroll.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 - 8 years payroll and HR experience as stated; no explicit onsite/location or notice period requirements mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing payroll operations in multinational environments with exposure to Australia/New Zealand payroll practices preferred.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and payroll controls including audit readiness (e.g. SOX framework).
- Skilled in leveraging payroll technology platforms (Workday, SAP, ADP etc.) and process improvement methodologies to optimize payroll accuracy and efficiency.
