About This Role
- Design, implement, and scale AI-augmented test automation frameworks covering functional, regression, performance, and reliability testing for KLA products.
- Own automated test coverage for UI and API layers, delivering robust test suites and actionable recommendations to improve quality.
- Collaborate globally across cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support product lifecycle including deployment and troubleshooting, with some travel to customer sites.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant work experience.
- Work Experience Required: 0 years with Master's degree; 2 years with Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness and desire to travel and work with diverse cultures.
- Background in IC processing or semiconductor equipment and hands-on experience with automation tools are pluses but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong individual contributor with technical leadership in building scalable, AI-enhanced test automation frameworks.
- Experienced in collaborating with global cross-functional teams including Algorithms, Systems Engineering, and Customer Support within semiconductor or related tech domains.
- Comfortable working in complex product environments involving software deployment, troubleshooting at customer sites, and continuous quality improvement.
