About This Role
- Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely incident investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Administer SAG WebMethods and Oracle Database environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments, and performance tuning.
- Support Linux system administration, containerized environments on OpenShift/Kubernetes, and automate operational tasks with shell scripts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of overall experience in ITS Support with strong L2 Application Support in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAG WebMethods and Oracle Database.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
- Experience with OpenShift or similar container platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational support roles managing enterprise applications and databases with strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Familiar with container orchestration platforms and automation using scripts in a multinational, global stakeholder environment.
- Comfortable handling on-call rotations and prioritizing tasks in high-pressure settings with knowledge of change and problem management processes.
