About This Role
- Lead and architect enterprise-scale AI solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, and advanced Generative AI techniques.
- Design and oversee Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Agentic AI frameworks, ensuring integration with cloud services.
- Define AI architecture standards, perform effort estimation, resource planning, and manage delivery timelines for large-scale AI projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of AI/ML development experience, including at least 5+ years in Generative AI and advanced AI systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), and experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic leadership and architectural design of enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor large engineering teams while driving innovation and best practices.
- Skilled in production deployment of AI models with strong understanding of cost estimation, security, governance, and ethical AI principles.
