About This Role
- Provide second/third level operational support and resolve emergency incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications adhering to code standards and participate in project lifecycles.
- Offer technical guidance to team members, deliver reports, and manage escalation pathways for departmental management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow support, developer, or consultant with a ServiceNow partner or customer.
- Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and Service Portal; knowledge of CSM, IRM, and HR modules is a plus.
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in ServiceNow environment.

- Experienced in supporting and developing within ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and Service Portal modules.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in fast-paced environments, with a focus on customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and ability to interact with senior Business and IT leadership effectively.
