About This Role
- Own design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance test automation frameworks spanning UI, microservices, performance, and end-to-end workflows.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks including Playwright with BDD Gherkin, and AI-driven automation concepts like auto healing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile/Scrum environment and ensure code quality, security, and CI/CD best practices through reviews and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in full-stack roles.
- Proven experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS-based, high availability, scalable applications especially in contact center or communication technology domains.
- Able to operate across full software development and testing lifecycle including automation framework development and performance testing.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams collaborating with product management, DevOps, UI/UX, and QA with strong problem solving and mentoring orientation.
