About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of internal IP programs across global, cross-functional teams.
- Manage IP lifecycle governance, compliance, quality reviews, customer escalations, and resolution of critical issues.
- Establish and track KPIs, mitigate risks, resolve resource conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in IP program operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 8+ years in program management, technical program management, or semiconductor product development.
- Proven experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing customer escalations.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
