About This Role
- Monitor and manage overhead ledger accounting and cost allocation for 3 P&H entities involving coordination with ~800 FBP and ICC owners.
- Lead operational governance including regular reconciliation, intercompany transactions, audit compliance, month-end reporting, and collaboration with 3rd party service providers (IBM & Cap Gemini).
- Drive and support global and local finance-related projects from requirements gathering to UAT and business-as-usual support, including cost savings initiatives and working capital forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA fresher or semi-qualified CA with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Record to Report (R2R) finance process and end-user knowledge of SAP FI module.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex accounting operations and intercompany financial processes in a multinational environment.
- Able to engage effectively with multiple finance stakeholders internally (e.g., country finance, tax, payroll) and externally (third-party service providers).
- Comfortable leading operational calls, governance, and driving process improvements within shared service center setups.
