About This Role
- Own and drive the multi-year Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform roadmap, including support model, service levels, and supplier partnerships within authority limits.
- Manage platform reliability, security, configuration standards, data integrity across integrations, and govern change management, release readiness, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead and develop the Platform Project Lead and Analyst, partner globally to prioritize requirements, improve vendor onboarding, and advance automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience managing source-to-settle platforms such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent, including at least one full-cycle deployment and integration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience (8+ years if Bachelor's).
- Proficiency in platform configuration, workflow development, requirements definition, release management, data governance, APIs, ETL, SQL, data model development, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience leading and developing talent in a global, matrixed environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end S2C systems management in complex global environments with multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Operationally strong in platform technical governance including data integrity, security, and automation leveraging AI tools to reduce cycle times.
- Strategic influencer able to communicate with senior leaders, make independent decisions, and mentor direct reports within a matrixed organizational structure.
