About This Role
- Coordinate and configure procurement platforms (Ivalua and similar tools) including user roles, security, workflows, and system settings.
- Lead platform support activities including Tier 2-3 support, troubleshooting, release testing, UAT, and documentation.
- Partner across teams to maintain data integrity, support sourcing execution, and drive platform adoption improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3+ years hands-on experience with procurement or source-to-contract platforms (Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa or comparable).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Technical skills with workflow logic, security roles, data import/export, integrations, ETL, SQL, Excel/Power Query, and basic Power BI.
- Experience managing support tickets, release testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in configuring and supporting procurement platforms with practical knowledge of source-to-contract tools and integrations.
- Able to translate technical details into business language and deliver end-user training and documentation.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
