About This Role
- Support global IT environment serving 14,000+ employees across multiple sites and functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve business technology issues involving Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management tools.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams under mentorship from IT leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding and hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi), and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Experience Required: Fresher or equivalent exposure through academics.
- Skills in troubleshooting PC hardware/software issues, basic scripting (PowerShell, Python), and cyber security awareness.
