About This Role
- Support a global IT environment serving 14,000+ employees across manufacturing sites, offices, and distribution centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve business technology issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams including Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and Engineering, gaining enterprise IT operational experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Work Experience Required: Fresher level, no prior professional experience explicitly required.
