About This Role
- Deliver and support Empower CDS solutions for Quality Control laboratories including configuration, upgrades, automation, and L2/L3 support.
- Lead Empower system migrations (Citrix to Azure), version upgrades, integration with other lab systems, and performance optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, implement corrective actions, and drive automation to streamline QC lab operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Empower CDS administration and configuration in QC/GMP environments.
- Experience with Empower migrations, version upgrades, automations, and GC/Chromatographic workflows under GxP compliance.
- Knowledge of CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, data integrity (ALCOA+), and ITIL-based service management.

- Experienced in managing and modernizing QC lab CDS systems in regulated environments, with strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates ability to translate analytical and architectural requirements into technical designs and implementations.
- Operates effectively across global teams including infrastructure, product, business, and validation, focusing on automation, standardization, and compliance.
