About This Role
- Research and identify US companies and key decision-makers for offshore staffing opportunities involving India-based remote professionals.
- Conduct personalized outreach and lead qualification to generate business development opportunities and schedule discovery calls with FyerX management.
- Maintain outreach records, coordinate with internal recruitment teams, and submit weekly activity reports on lead generation and opportunity progress.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or business development is required.
- Prior experience prospecting US clients or selling recruitment, offshore staffing, or IT services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with confidence in communicating with US business contacts.
- Must be India-based with reliable internet access and able to commit at least 50 hours per month including overlap with US business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has demonstrated ability to independently conduct research, outreach, and relationship-building in B2B environments targeting US businesses.
- Possesses knowledge or experience with India-based offshore staffing models and remote talent delivery.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and spreadsheet software for prospecting and reporting, and coordinating closely with remote teams.
