About This Role
- Generate business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services by researching and connecting with prospective clients across corporate, IT services, consulting, and staffing sectors in India.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calls to decision-makers and qualify prospects based on hiring needs, timelines, and vendor onboarding processes.
- Schedule qualified meetings for FyerX management, maintain CRM data, coordinate with recruitment teams, and submit weekly activity and progress reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience required in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or business development.
- Preferred but not mandatory: prior experience in recruitment or staffing business development.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills and confidence in engaging decision-makers for introductory conversations.
- Availability for at least 50 hours per month with reliable internet and ability to work remotely.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with permanent hiring and contract staffing client-vendor dynamics and vendor empanelment processes.
- Competent in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets; experience with Sales Navigator or Apollo is advantageous.
- Independent operator who can maintain consistent outreach and activity in a remote, freelance work setting.
