About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for desktop and web applications using Selenium.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing while participating in Agile ceremonies and tracking automation progress.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years overall experience in a system quality environment with at least 3 years in Software QA and automation testing.
- Proven expertise in web and desktop application automation using Selenium and knowledge of programming languages JAVA and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both web and desktop automation testing within Agile environments, with strong exposure to CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Comfortable working independently or leading teams with a solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle and QA best practices.
- Prior experience in health insurance domain and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and DevOps principles considered beneficial.
