About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and store data from various sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert data requirements into technical solutions including data models and schemas.
- Optimize data processing and storage for performance, scalability, and cost while ensuring data quality and integrity through validation and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data engineering or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating end-to-end in complex data infrastructure environments with strong focus on scalable and optimized data pipelines.
- Capable of translating business data needs into technical architecture and solutions with measurable impact on analytics and machine learning capabilities.
- Familiarity with modern data engineering ecosystems including ETL/ELT best practices, version control, and CI/CD processes.
