About This Role
- Manage and participate in business operations to meet business goals and objectives within a defined scope.
- Identify process improvements through root cause analysis and monitor strategic approaches to improve business performance and risk management.
- Provide guidance and collaborate with leaders and executives; lead and direct less experienced strategy and execution staff.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience (or equivalent).
- Mandatory 2 years payments processing experience involving SWIFT-MT/MX, FED, Chips, ACH, RTP, GPPSP, including MX-Pacs, Pain, Camt, Admi messages and MT – N1/2/9 series.
- Mandatory 2-3 years of business analysis experience and mandatory experience with reporting tools/solutions.
- Mandatory working knowledge/experience with JIRA/Confluence and minimum 2 years on Agile teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leadership roles within technology and/or operations, ideally 2+ years in such roles.
- Skilled in Agile team environments and familiar with SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certifications or equivalent.
- Able to handle high-risk deliverables independently with a focus on strategic process improvements and effective stakeholder communication.
