About This Role
- Develop and lead architecture design and methodologies for software systems across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and partnerships to align with technology roadmaps, planning integration and updates into architecture.
- Provide technical leadership, review design compliance, influence executive-level decisions, and mentor less-experienced staff in software systems design and development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent required.
- Typically requires 15+ years of experience in software design and development, including software systems design tools and languages.
- Experience with architecture of software systems across multiple platforms and developing methodologies for testing and debugging.
- Work location: Hybrid role, requires working on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

- Demonstrated ability to impact product architecture and influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders, indicating senior-level technical leadership.
- History of innovation evidenced by multiple patents or deployed software design solutions.
- Strong experience in integrating multi-platform software systems and overseeing software development quality and standards.
