About This Role
- Lead development and architectural design of software systems and tools across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and outsourced development partnerships to align with technology roadmaps and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and influence executive-level decisions affecting product quality and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience in software system design and development.
- Proven experience designing software systems, tools, languages, and integrating multi-platform software architectures.
- Hybrid work setup requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

- Strong technical authority with history of innovation in software design, evidenced by patents or deployed solutions.
- Experienced in communicating complex product architectures and design proposals at executive and cross-functional leadership levels.
