About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliation, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close activities for global entities.
- Lead and develop the AP team, handling work assignment, training, performance reviews, and compliance enforcement including SOX and tax regulations.
- Drive AP process improvements and automation utilizing NetSuite, Zip, and related tools, and prepare AP metrics and reports for senior Finance leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and ZIP is mandatory; experience with AP automation tools preferred.
- Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment preferred; understanding of inventory and PO matching preferred.

- Strong leadership background with proven capability to manage and develop teams in complex, compliance-driven environments including SOX controls.
- Proficient in AP process controls, financial reporting, and automation initiatives with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and vendors.
