About This Role
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS and Schedule III, coordinating with auditors.
- Lead monthly book closures, intercompany reconciliations, group related party transactions review, and financial reporting to management.
- Drive finance, risk, and internal control improvements through audits, ERP controls, SOP implementation, MIS generation, and process optimizations.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification with 3-4 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in preparation and review of quarterly results as per SEBI LODR requirements.
- Skills in intercompany reconciliation, internal financial controls, and financial statement preparation as per Ind AS.
- Experience with Oracle ERP is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling financial consolidation and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and SEBI regulations.
- Skilled in managing audit processes and internal controls within a corporate finance function.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and driving process and operational efficiencies through system implementations.
