About This Role
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability for a portfolio of engagement projects in Operate and Managed Services business.
- Act as finance business partner to delivery teams, track project financials throughout lifecycle, analyze performance trends, and recommend financial risk mitigation.
- Support revenue, billing, compliance processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to control working capital and margin variations.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA Finance with ~8 years experience or CA/CPA/CMA with ~6 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for engagements.
- Expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and financial systems including SAP and Side Car (Quarry).
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years relevant finance experience as per qualification.

- Experienced finance professional adept at managing engagement-level financials and partnering with delivery/business teams in complex service operations.
- Strong analytical capability with expertise in handling large datasets to derive insights and support decision-making.
