About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
- Design and optimize complex data models and transformations for efficient data integration and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with organizational goals and provide user training and documentation support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; any technical graduation preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence with strong proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of insurance domain and experience with data integration from diverse sources (databases, cloud services, APIs).

- Experienced in creating user-friendly, optimized Power BI solutions leveraging UX principles and performance tuning.
- Skilled in collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver actionable, strategic insights.
- Able to mentor juniors and maintain comprehensive documentation supporting BI initiatives in insurance or similar sectors.
