About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementations including Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition, and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Design and configure comprehensive SAP TM solutions covering Transportation Planning & Optimization, Freight Management, Carrier Selection, Charge Calculation, and Transportation Execution.
- Drive logistics process standardization, integration with SAP modules (S/4HANA, EWM, MM, SD, GTS, Event Management), and oversee testing, deployment, and Hypercare activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years SAP Supply Chain consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience leading SAP TM projects including configuration of transportation lanes, carrier management, freight agreements, and integration with SAP ecosystem.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12+ years in SAP TM consulting and implementation roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in supply chain-intensive industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Logistics, or 3PL.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering, and business process transformation in large-scale SAP projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery, DevOps, and global rollout or enterprise logistics transformation programs.
